Our Nigerian Dwarf Goats
I grew up on a farm in the Ozarks where it was my chore to milk the cow and goat before school each day. Most kids would have hated this chore, and I came close in the dead of winter, but I actually liked it. I have always loved the farm life and have one of my own now. My favorite animal is a goat - all of my Nigerians to be exact. My family makes fun of the way I treat them like pets while caring very little for domesticated animals. Those of you who are like me know exactly what I am talking about. Below are the does and buck that make up our herd. The first picture is of Samson and Samahra, our Pyrenees that protect our animals night and day - they do a great job!
